What We Collect
When you submit the Health Plan Matching Form, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:
- Your name, phone number, email address, and date of birth
- Your ZIP code and state
- Household size and expected household income
- General health history flags (for example, whether you've had certain conditions in the last 5 years)
- Gender and any qualifying life events (marriage, job loss, moving, etc.)
We also automatically collect basic technical information common to any website visit (such as browser type and general location inferred from IP address) for security and site-performance purposes.
How We Use It
Your information is used for one purpose: to match you with health insurance coverage that fits your needs and to follow up with you personally about that coverage. Specifically, we use it to:
- Compare available ACA marketplace and private health plans on your behalf
- Contact you by phone, text message, or email to discuss your options
- Complete an enrollment if you choose to move forward
- Provide ongoing support for claims, renewals, and questions after you're enrolled
What We Never Do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, ever. Your information is not shared with data brokers, marketing lists, or anyone outside of what's necessary to get you a quote and get you enrolled.
Who We Share It With
Your information is shared only in these limited circumstances:
- Insurance carriers — when you choose to move forward with a specific plan, your information is submitted to that carrier to complete enrollment.
- Service providers — we use third-party tools (such as a customer relationship management system) to organize and respond to inquiries. These providers are contractually limited to using your data only to help us serve you, not for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request.
Cookies & Site Data
This site uses only the minimum technical data necessary for the site and form to function correctly. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Data Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data at every step.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have on file for you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information from our records
- Stop contacting you (see opt-out instructions above)
